Prime Lending has dedicated its experience and resources to help promote FHA, FNMA & Freddie Mac's teacher loan programs. We have expanded these programs to all employees of School Districts, Community Colleges and Universities

Prime Lending has taken the traditional loan programs which were only available to TEACHERS at one time and has made all programs available to all teachers, coaches, administrators, counselors, nurses, librarians, principals, adjunct faculty, professors, secretaries, maintenance workers and engineers.

Basically all School District, Community College and University employees can now participate and take advantage of these loan programs and incentives.
