These guys are great to work with! I was a first time homebuyer when I applied on-line and Robin Smith explained the entire process to me with an enormous amount of patience. He answered all of my questions with complete honesty and took the time to educate me on the process so I could understand exactly what I was getting into. I will use Robin again the next time I need a mortgage.

I have been through the mortgage process a few years ago and it was NOTHING like this. This could not have been easier. I was given several several different loan programs /options that I did not know even existed. Each option was explained in terms and language I understood. Although I ended up with a 30 year fixed rate mortgage, it was nice to know that I had options.
